Morph Tales – Discover Artificial Intelligence

More

The Morph Tales workshop introduces children and teens to artificial intelligence in a playful way. It focuses on questions such as: What is an algorithm? How does AI learn? And how can we use AI responsibly?

The workshop is based on the digital game Morph Tales. The Morphs that appear in the game—small, eager-to-learn characters—represent young, untrained AIs. In the workshop, participants work together with them to solve exciting challenges and apply their gaming experiences to real-world applications and research topics. In this way, the workshop combines the fascination of a game with solid knowledge in an entertaining way, encouraging participants to understand and reflect on the opportunities and challenges of AI.

The game was developed at ETH Zurich, and the workshop was created by mint & pepper, the outreach project of Wyss Zurich.

Note: This workshop is suited for children aged 10-12 years.
